Job Title: Investment Sales Associate

Location: Chicago, Illinois

  • Job Description: This Associate will report directly to the Managing Principals and Managing Partners of the company. Primary responsibilities include performing valuation analysis of investment properties, analyzing financial statements, marketing, business development and database management with significant contact with clients. Excellent phone skills are required.

    This position is for a business-minded, entrepreneurial person, who is excited about the prospect of learning how commercial real estate is valued, financed, transacted and bought and sold.

    Candidates should (a) have 2+ years of full time work experience, (b) have a Bachelor’s Degree in finance, marketing or a related field, (c) have an understanding of cash flow analysis and financial reporting, (d) be detail oriented and well organized, (e) be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, (f) be personable and be able to work in a sales-motivated environment and (g) be self-motivated and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Job Title: Senior Broker-Multifamily Brokerage Division

Location: Chicago, Illinois

  • Job Description: The Senior Broker will be responsible for developing a multifamily brokerage business with an emphasis on the suburban Chicago markets. The Senior Broker will be expected to generate and secure 2-4 listings per month, increase the current client pipeline for multifamily properties and work in a team both selling Senior Broker’s listings and listings of other brokers in the office.
  • Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree at a minimum
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years experience in Commercial Real Estate with a proven track record in brokerage. An Illinois Real Estate Sales License will be required for successful candidates.
  • Relevant Skills/Traits: Entrepreneurial, aggressive self-starter, strong people skills, enjoys sales, hard-working, understands financial analysis, organized, resourceful.

The Senior Broker will be expected to generate and secure a high volume of listings per month, participate in networking events to expand the current platform of Interra in the net-leased investment sales area.
  • Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree at a minimum
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years experience in Commercial Real Estate with a proven track record in brokerage, and familiarity with and past involvement in the net-leased brokerage area. An Illinois Real Estate Sales License will be required for successful candidate.
